The GS-AI9 uses the latest core alignment technology along with autofocus cameras and six motors. This is a new generation of fiber optic fusion splicer.  It is fully capable of trunk construction for medium and short distances, FTTH networks, security monitoring, and other fiber cable splicing projects. The machine uses an industrial quad-core CPU for fast low loss splicing.  It is currently one of the fastest fiber optic fusion splicers on the market, with 5 second splicing and 15 second heating times.  It has a 5 inch 800X480 high-resolution screen. The operation of this splicer is simple and intuitive so splicing jobs can be accomplished quickly and accurately. Harsh conditions are not a match for the GS-AI9. This unit is supplied with a toolbox and a durable-light weight workbench.
