|TTI will send you an RMA within 24 hours. If you do not receive the RMA in this time frame, please resubmit your request or phone us at (888) U.S.-OTDRS (876-8377).
|Once you have received the RMA, please fill it out as completely as possible. When shipping the package to us, please enclose a copy of the completed form with the product.
|Please note the RMA number on the exterior of the box.|

|Upon receiving your equipment, TTI will promptly evaluate it and we will contact you with the repair information.
If the repair is covered under warranty, TTI will return the package according to the shipping information on the RMA form at TTI's Expense.|
|If the repair is not covered under warranty, we will supply you with a quotation for repair which will be conducted once a purchase order is received. Customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipment.
