Return Material Authorization
All product returns must be accompanied by a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain an RMA number, follow the steps below. Upon receiving your equipment, we will promptly evaluate it and then contact you with the repair information.

You will receive an RMA number in 1-2 working days.

Once you have received the RMA, fill it out as completely as possible and enclose the completed form with the product.

Ship us the package. Please note the RMA number on the exterior of the box.
WARRANTY
If the repair is covered under warranty, we will return the package via ground service at our expense according to the shipping information on the RMA form.
If the repair is not covered under warranty, we will supply you with a quotation for repair which will be conducted once a purchase order is received. Customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipment.
