Advanced features in a small package: The PON MICROTDR is the smallest full-featured color touchscreen PON OTDR on the market. The FTE7100-PON has a 37/38/37dB dynamic range. It is also available in an economy version at 33/34/34dB dynamic range. This unit includes all the features expected in today’s hand held OTDR and more: bright color touch screen, project management, file storage, Fib-R-Map schematic event analysis, pass/fail threshold settings and onboard context-sensitive express help system.
Easy-to-use: The PON MICROTDR is a user-friendly touch screen unit with a bright color display and automatic screen rotation for portrait or landscape trace viewing. It operates in simple fault finder mode, construction or expert modes. This unit is equipped with video scope capability Probe Sold Separately and a broadband power meter.
The 7100 series is Bluetooth ready with real-time functionality via a compatible Android phone or tablet. The OTDR is operated/charged with a standard 5V USB charging system. The USB cable may be used to connect the OTDR to a laptop for use with our CertSoft reporting software which includes a full real-time operating system.
